How to unlist your number from Truecaller

Now Truecaller has become a common app for everyone. Whenever you get a call from an unknown number, you search the number from the Truecaller app so that you can get the name of that person.  But how could you remove your number from Truecaller? Sometimes Truecaller list an unknown name of your mobile number or your name and that shows to every Person on Truecaller. If you don’t want to show your name to others then you can follow the below steps to ‘unlist your number from Truecaller’.

1. Open the Truecaller app on our smartphone
2. Tap the menu button at the top left corner
3. Then go to Settings
4. Click on privacy center and then click deactivate
5. A notification box will appear on your screen, choose ‘yes’

Your mobile number will be unlisted from Truecaller within 24 hours from the deactivation. If you again want to use Truecaller then you can sign up back to the app. The biggest problem with Truecaller app is it scan all the contacts from your contact list while you use the app and shows it the same name saved on your contact list to others.
